Paradigm is a leading talent agency that guides a number of talented actors, musical artists, directors, writers, and producers and helps them excel in their respective careers.

Requirements

Paradigm has a number of different departments such as motion picture, television, music, comedy and personal appearances, theater, books, news media, commercial, and physical production. The client was looking for a contact and booking functionality for different artists, role management facility, and a CMS facility to manage data. The client also wanted the ability to manage the details of agents and artists belonging to different departments.

Solution

Radixweb has developed a system for Paradigm that identifies four different types of users – Super Admin, Admin, Division Admin, and External Users. All these users have different access rights and can be managed through site’s CMS.

The Super Admin has full access rights on data. Admin also has full right on data except the delete function. They cannot delete data or profile. The Division Admin has full rights to the data of his/her division. The External Users can only view and enjoy the data or profile. They get no other function.

Star Features

The External Users have to log into the site to view complete artist profile. ‘Book this Artist’ function is provided to make bookings. The Division Admin is able to manage agent and artist information. He can add information regarding an artist or agent like rider, admits, resume, etc through the CMS. Complete profiles of artists are made visible on website according to their departments.

The book publishing division handles information regarding various authors and their books. The physical production division holds information regarding producers, production designers, directors of photography, costume designers, 2nd unit directors, and editors in motion pictures, television, commercials, and music videos. The voice over division comprises a list of artists based on different sections such as commercial, promo, narration, movie trailer, animation, and book on tape.
