The successful candidate will work closely with web programmer, business analysts, Sales & Marketing team and project managers to deploy multi-browser HTML / CSS website and user-interfaces which adhere to industry best practices and web-development standards.

Responsibilities:

• Produce various interactive materials and creative design for corporate website and online portal, maintaining design standards like w3c and other Usability standards.
• Develop UI design within User Experience standards with portal limitations in mind.
• Provide innovative design solutions for multimedia or Website presentations (Flash-based web content), as well as for CD Presentation.
• Develop, test (cross-browser compatibility) and deploy HTML prototypes/sites.
• Perform testing and development of best practices for user experience.
• Manage individual web-based projects as assigned.

Essential Technical Skills

• Strong HTML/ XHTML/ CSS/ DHTML skills.
• Experience on Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Macromedia Flash MX/Fireworks MX, Dreamweaver.
• Ability to design and produce custom & creative web graphics.

Preferred Additional Skill-Sets

• JavaScript
• XML
• Copywriting
• Knowledge of Director, Generator, Advanced Action Scripting

Essential Experience

You must have 3 - 6 years sound experience in Web Graphic Design.
