We need a person with excellent working experience on ROR, MySQL, Open Source applications, OOPS with 1 to 3 years of experience.

Good concepts on Object Oriented Design/Development. Passion and significant experience with open source technologies.

You should have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for successful planning and follow through aimed at profitable, high quality and timely completion of projects.
- Responsible to interact with the US/UK clients for necessary amendments / changes in the projects as per need arises. Capable to understand & analyzing the client's requirements.
- You will be also responsible to create web applications by your own logic .
- As Sr. Programmer you will be responsible for the management of the ROR development teams. Management includes both project and line management.
- Sr. Programmer will be responsible for maintaining the correct skills levels in the Team and ensuring continuity by maintaining backup staff for each skill.
