Requirements:
We need a person with experience and or otherwise through understanding of how the world wide web functions, and should be working in a sales capacity.
If prior experience in sales in lacking weight will be assigned to the technical and basic attributes such as communication skills. As an in-house sales executive your key responsibility will be to communicate extensively with all the client either via outbound calls or through use of messenger tools.
The result targeted is to generate and manage leads to the point where they can be passed on to our sales manager. The role may extend to a number of responsibilities within the sales process and beyond. You should be a well motivated team player with the drive and enthusiasm to achieve your goals.
Experience of Sales Support at a practical level
Proven skills in high-level write-ups
Excellent written and spoken English
Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications
Experience of working with international clients,colleagues and partners
Creative, hard-working with the ability to take the initiative to deliver results.
Resonsibilities:
- A proven track record of success in sales will be an advantage
- The ability to speak with confidence about a range of products/services
- Enthusiasm, drive and persistence to maintain activity levels and achieve targets
- Make recommendations for comprehensive data cleansing and ongoing management of leads and prospects
- Provide accurate, complete and comprehensive responses to tenders and pre-qualification questionnaires
- Cold calling - perform any sales, prospect and appointment calls to help generate leads
- Work alongside the Marketing Representative to deliver internal campaigns
- Sales Administration, Responsible for effectively utilizing the CRM database for entering and monitoring leads, prospects and sales. Filing away sales administration files for future reference
- Responsible for writing prospect and follow-up letters and emails for sales campaigns. Carry out the necessary research to deliver the right messaging
- Handling all correspondence and organizing telephone contact between the sales executives and their customers
- Maintaining customer records
- Keeping records of visits and sales
- Taking, progressing and monitoring orders
- Processing invoices and accounts
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
- Drawing up tender documents or contracts
- Keeping records of sales targets and actual figures and compiling them into reports for management
