- User Management
Users of the system can be broadly categorized into Super Admin. Super Admin can access all areas of the site that can be accessed by Admin and Customer in addition to Create Admin. Admin can access managerial as well as user related data like create user, create customer, create claims, update claim status etc. Customer can add application for new claim or can view status for their claim and add claim when that will be approved.
- Application Management
Application Management can be applied for the submission of application for various claims. Once the application has been received and approved then claims can be added by the customer. This procedure also helps admin to decide which claims shall be added to the system and which will be in-flow.
- Claim Submission
This is the in-flow for the claims and New Claims get added from here. Claims once added are the part of the claim workflow and related documents are generated for Banks/Customers for their submitted claims simultaneously.
- Claim Handling
If Claims will be entered by the customer or admin then the procedure follows the workflow and gets it updated at regular interval. Claims are handled externally out of the system and status will be updated into the system. While claims are flowing through different stages then documents required at the end of the stage can be generated and that can be mailed to the desired person.
- Workflow Document Generation
Correct document generation is a core part of the system as documents are the way to communicate with Clients as well as Banks on different inquiries for claim settlement. Workflow documents are generated automatically at different stages as required and these can be saved for future use or can be printed out to mail to the concerned Banks/Clients.
Workflow management is very important for processes that are time-driven. Claim handling, which requires the documentation, diagnosis, and resolution of customer claims due to faulty products or unsatisfactory services, is an example of such a process because fast turnaround is critical for customer satisfaction.
- Bank Management
Banks are the party with whom clients’ claims are to be settled down. All the banks’ information is managed under the application which helps to generate workflow documents more neatly and uniformly. Also it helps to get banks’ information quickly at the time of banks’ communication.
