Resonsibilities:

• To work closely with HR Manager to support all HR activities and to Compile statistical data and creates/prepares reports and analysis using the existing systems and records.
• Develops reviews and maintains appropriate employment records and systems and administers workforce planning strategy
• Responsible for new joinee on-boarding process & associate separations process
• Personal files and Records Management
• Coordination for Employee Relations and Engagement activities
